《E.T.》 MV于3月初在南加利福尼亞完成拍攝，展現這位加州本土明星全新的未來主義形象。該MV由Floria Sigismondi（一位在加拿大的意大利導演）執導，使用Symphony 19制作，MV以史詩般的未來為背景，講述了飾演外星人的Katy Perry帶著對生命的向往踏上地球，在文明的廢墟和瓦礫中尋找生命。

在踏上地球的那一刻她發現一切都完了，由于垃圾與污染，地球上生命已不復存在。但如同科幻小說電影的情節，外星人Katy Perry發現了過去人類生命的遺跡，她復活了一個生命并且與其展開了跨宇宙的愛戀，告訴了人們拯救地球還是有希望，一副Vogue Eyewear太陽鏡被發現裝在閃閃發光的盒子里，而盒子上標有“地球2011”，而這只是個開始。

此次單曲《E.T.》的造型著實讓人眼前一亮，凱蒂?佩里化身魔幻外星人出現貓一樣的藍色瞳孔，粉色魚鱗皮膚，紫色的雙唇，羚羊般的發型讓我們對《E.T.》充滿了無限的好奇和遐想。
