嫌疑犯將一名19歲的孕婦通過社交媒體拐騙回家后，將其用同軸電纜勒死，并殘忍地將受害者肚子里還沒出生的嬰兒，強行從子宮中取出。

Yovannys mother, Ochoa-Lopez, 19, was lured to a womans home by an offer of free baby clothes, police say. She was then strangled and her unborn baby cut from her. Her body was found weeks later in a garbage can.

嬰兒的母親Ochoa-Lopez只有19歲。她曾在社交媒體上尋求幫助，希望獲得一些免費的嬰兒衣物。就在交接衣物的時候，她被嫌犯勒死、剖腹取嬰。她的尸體幾周后在垃圾桶里被發現。

本周早些時候嬰兒的情況就有些不穩定。

"He cant breathe on his own. He cant eat on his own. Theres tubes down his throat," attorney Frank Avila said Wednesday.

據報道，三名嫌疑犯均被指控重罪。

Clarisa Figueroa, 46, and her 24-year-old daughter, Desiree Figueroa, were indicted Wednesday on charges of first-degree murder, WLS reported. Clarisa Figueroas boyfriend, Piotr Bobak, 40, was indicted on a charge of concealing a homicide, WLS said.

46歲的Clarisa Figueroa和她24歲的女兒Desiree Figueroa因涉嫌一級謀殺罪被起訴。Clarisa Figueroa的男朋友，40歲的Piotr Bobak因涉嫌隱瞞故意殺人被起訴。

All three are set to be arraigned June 26, court documents show.

法庭文件顯示，三名嫌疑犯都將于6月26日被提審。
